- Administer real estate development and sales related matters
- Assist the Project Manager in managing issues occur during construction
- Assist the Financial Controller in processing bank advances and posting entries
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the correct person, or take messages
- Translate English documents to Mandarin when needed
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
-Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Some post-secondary education in accounting and business administration. Experience in Sage and/or QuickBooks an asset.
- Strong sense of accountability
